Starting out with a soundtrack recorded by Out To Lunch (60) and Mordecai (8) for a Halloween Party (differently ordered sequences - plus silences - blurting out from three hidden CD players), this "Halloween Special" does everything Late Lunch With Out To Lunch is meant to do (i.e. wrecks all concepts of unlived value outside Green Chartreuse). Brought to bare on this untufty hillside are, varicosely: OTL's "See Summat Smattering"; Patrik Fitzgerald's "Safety Pin Stuck in My Heart"; "Drips and Drops" and "Bicycle Repair Man" from Evil Dick's new CD **All That Glisters**; "Song for Robert Harris" by Eugene Chadbourne; and Cloughie's "Fissile Gushing Id Hydro", "Huddled Sphincter" and "Jizz from Hull". N.B. The visual for this show is a photograph taken in Mordecai's room at Halloween, showing a sculpture by Eleanor Crook originally fabricated for the First International Conference of Esemplastic Zappology (ICE-Z) in 2004. In previous years, the children insisted on the head being covered in a plastic bag; suddenly, at Halloween, it became a prized asset. Thanks, Nellie.
